Tips for using the PCS Home Search

Below are some tips that will make using my Private Client Services search system easier, more efficient, and ultimately more valuable.

Did you know you can...

Create a hotlist of homes by moving unwanted listings over to the "Removed Listings" tab. Click the checkbox beside each listing to be removed and then select "remove" from above. These listings will not be deleted, only moved. You can also add listings to your Favourites tab.

Sort your search results by clicking on any column header. Sort by headings such as "Price", "Sub Area" or others. Click the heading again to sort in opposite order.

View an aerial map of a specific listing. Under the "Map" tab, click "Satellite" in the top right corner of the map. From here you can zoom in or out to get a better idea of the layout of the neighbourhood.

Change your search criteria at any time or set up an additional seperate search by emailing or calling me with the changes to make. I can also provide you with the answers to just about any questions you have about a home. Anything from "how old is the roof?" to "when was the house last on the market?"

Also note that it sometimes takes a few days for the photos to appear in new listings, so be sure to check back. All listings information reaches the PCS before realtor.ca (MLS) and includes listings from all local real estate brokerages.
